Do you see a BLANK PAGE after clicking to download the PDF?
If yes:
You will need to make a setting change in Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 :
(if you have Acrobat Reader 3.0 please upgrade to 4.0 before proceeding.)
- Close all Adobe Acrobat Reader Files you may be using.
- Make sure Acrobat Reader is open.
- In the File menu (in Acrobat reader) click on Preferences, then click on General.
- On: General Preferences go to the : Options Section (near bottom)
- Look for: Web Browser Integration. (right column)
- Make sure the check box is empty. (DO NOT click if already empty)
- Click OK
- Close Acrobat Reader
- Open your Browser and view the PDF of choice
